David Neglia is a man of many experiences. He has a B.A. in Communication Arts from SUNY Oneonta, which led to careers in publishing and event management in Manhattan, and massage therapy in Los Angeles and Sacramento. However, his multi-faceted history ultimately brought him to his favorite challenge — a career in real estate.
In 2009, the New York native moved to Sacramento after spending four years in Los Angeles. Once in Sac, David purchased two homes. It was then he realized that although he’d loved every job he’d ever had, he connected with real estate in a way he hadn’t with other professions. David received his real estate license in 2014.
In 2016, David followed his fascination with the desert to the Coachella Valley, where he specializes in helping retirees find forever homes and millennials looking for investment properties. As a buyer’s agent, David helps people find the best house to suit their needs. As a listing agent, he ensures his clients are heard, understood, and appreciated throughout the process. He prides himself on his strong communication skills and compassion for his clients, especially during stressful situations. Through his past careers, David honed his patience, time management skills, and efficiency, which he uses to ensure smooth transactions. Anyone who has worked with David will tell you that he genuinely cares about people and will do anything it takes to create a positive, profitable outcome for all involved.
David is passionate about helping others and gives back through self-development and leadership training. He’s an avid supporter of the LGBTQ+ community, and rides in the AIDS Lifecycle — a seven-day event that raises money for HIV/AIDS services provided by the San Francisco AIDS Foundation and the Los Angeles LGBT Center. He also enjoys being active, spending time outdoors, and meditating.
